Kemudian jurusan-jurusan tersebut biasanya akan menampilkan matakuliah Produksi Siaran Radio, yang diberikan mendekati semester akhir dari rangkuman seluruh perkuliahan. Begitu kami diminta untuk terjun langsung menjadi Dosen pada beberapa PT ternama di Jakarta, kami pun semakin menemukan debilitas (kelemahan) kurikulum ataupun metode pembelajaran yang diberlakukan oleh PT tersebut. Hal itu sangat disayangkan karena dapat menyebabkan kesia-siaan bagi Mahasiswa yang akhirnya tidak menghasilkan sesuatu yang berarti dibandingkan pengorbanannya. Mahasiswa boleh dibilang hanya tahu sedikit teori dan praktek yang sangat terbatas. Debilitas ini disebabkan karena tidak adanya tenaga professional yang ahli dibidangnya masing-masing, serta fasilitas IT dan alat-alat penunjang yang memadahi. Sehingga rekan-rekan Mahasiswa harus menelan pil pahit begitu mereka menyelesaikan kuliahnya dan menjadi Sarjana yang bukan Specialist. Akhirnya kalau pun mereka beruntung, mereka akan mendapat pekerjaan sebatas karyawan yang sama sekali tidak berkaitan dengan disiplin ilmu yang dipunyai. Sungguh sesuatu yang sangat ironis.
